Norma Santoyo has over 10 years experience in software quality assurance and control. She also has expertise in Six-Sigma process and is Green Belt Certified.

Santoyo has worked with fortune 500 companies such as Symantec, ADP, and Intuit. Her work includes building and managing Quality Assurance organizations from the ground up, developing and implementing quality assurance processes and methodologies and creating organizational awareness for the importance of quality. She’s worked on financial consumer software, enterprise security software, web applications and back-end systems. Her expertise also extends into Product Management and User Experience. Santoyo currently works on developing interactive original programming on the web for Yahoo Entertainment.

Santoyo holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance Real Estate and Law from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and a Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University in Malibu.
