In 2003, Thomas was hired by JAMDAT Mobile, the #1 wireless game publisher in America. He was responsible for JAMDAT’s core product line, and he set new records of handset ports at 20-30 product releases each month.

Beginning as a self-taught coder, Thomas Tran has been programming for over 15 years. He received his B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from UCLA in 2002. Realizing the imminent boom of the cell phone industry, he began to focus entirely on programming for mobile phones. Now as a non-exclusive consultant for a few firms including THQ and JAMDAT, he is working on publishing a line of audio applications on cell phones. A science buff, musician, and audio geek, his incredibly strong interests in audio have given him a remarkable edge on audio programming for mobile devices.
